Refund policy

"At Caribbean Queen Cuisine and Catering, your dining experience is our priority. Here’s our refund policy:
  • Dining In: If you’re unsatisfied with your meal, please let us know during your visit. We’ll replace the dish or offer a complimentary item at our discretion.
  • Takeout Orders: Due to the perishable nature of our food, takeout orders are non-refundable once picked up. If there’s an issue (e.g., incorrect or damaged items), contact us within 24 hours at info@caribbeanqueencuisine.com or 555-123-4567 with your order details. We’ll provide a replacement or store credit.
  • Catering Cancellations: Catering orders can be canceled with a 50% refund if canceled 48 hours in advance. No refunds within 48 hours.
  • No Cash Refunds: Any refunds or credits will be issued as store credit or to the original payment method.
  • This policy is effective as of March 08, 2025, and may be updated."
